You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. Organization owners are responsible for managing access for their coaches and athletes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer any part of the service, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform. We do not claim ownership of your athlete data, test results, or organizational information. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide our services.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-powered insights, recommendations, and risk assessments are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice. Always consult qualified professionals for medical and training decisions.

7. Subscription & Payment

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Billing occurs according to the plan selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

Performance House is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including decisions made based on AI-generated insights.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.

10. Data Processing

When you use Performance House to process personal data of your athletes or team members, you act as the data controller and we act as the data processor. We process personal data only on your instructions and as necessary to provide the service. Our sub-processors include:

Supabase — database hosting, authentication, and file storage
Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
Mailgun — transactional email delivery
Sentry — error monitoring and diagnostics
Anthropic — AI-powered insights and coaching features
