2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, generate performance analytics and AI-powered insights, send service-related communications, and ensure platform security.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We implement row-level security policies to ensure organizations can only access their own data. All data transmission is encrypted via TLS.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with the following third-party service providers, solely as necessary to operate the platform:

• Supabase (database hosting, authentication, file storage) — your data is stored in Supabase-managed PostgreSQL databases with encryption at rest.
• Stripe (payment processing) — handles all billing and subscription management. We never store credit card details.
• Mailgun (transactional email delivery) — sends account-related emails such as invitations, password resets, and notifications.
• Sentry (error monitoring) — captures technical error reports to help us fix bugs. Error reports may include your user ID and browser information but not athlete performance data.
• Anthropic (AI processing) — powers AI Coach, injury risk predictions, and weekly insights. Athlete data is sent to Anthropic's API for processing but is not used to train their models.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Audit logs are retained for 12 months for compliance purposes. Email delivery logs are retained for 90 days.

6. AI-Powered Features

Our platform uses AI models to generate performance insights, injury risk assessments, and coaching recommendations. Your athlete data is processed by AI services solely to deliver these features and is not used to train third-party models.

7. Your Rights

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
